Where repetitive work genuinely warrants it, I automate with proven no-code platforms and apply AI support where it fits. Technology serves the process. I prioritize established platforms and practical configurations, with clear documentation and handoff training. Any monitoring, maintenance, or ongoing support requirements are identified upfront.

Fractional Operations Support

Part-time, continuing help without a full-time hire: project coordination, workflow oversight, process documentation, and simple operational reporting. Scoped to what you need. Optional, never mandatory.

A simple path. You only take the steps you need.

Assess. We look at how work actually flows through your business and identify the bottlenecks costing you the most.

Improve. We redesign the workflow and put practical improvements in place, with clear documentation and ownership.

Automate. Where it makes sense, we automate suitable repetitive work. Not every engagement needs this step.

Manage. When useful, I provide continuing part-time support with agreed responsibilities. No retainer required unless it fits.

Who I help

Solo and small law firms are where I start: intake, document generation, follow-up, and billing workflows carry a heavy administrative load, and that load pulls focus from practicing law.

I also work with accounting and financial-services firms, consultants, insurance and real estate offices, and other independent service businesses with similar operational bottlenecks.

I founded Hays Process Solutions to do the work I am built for: understanding how businesses actually operate and making them run better. My background includes work as an Advanced AI Data Trainer at Invisible Technologies, evaluating the quality of AI model responses, running an independent notary signing business where accuracy, scheduling, and deadlines were the whole job, and years of hands-on work with business software, workflow tools, AI-assisted processes, and structured implementation planning. When you work with Hays Process Solutions, you work directly with me. No junior staff, no handoffs.

Do you only work with law firms?
No. Solo and small law firms are an important focus, and I also work with accounting firms, consultants, insurance and real estate offices, and other service businesses with similar operational problems.

What does fractional operations support actually include?
Part-time, ongoing help with agreed responsibilities: coordinating projects, keeping workflows on track, documenting processes, and simple operational reporting. Engagements are scoped to your needs, with responsibilities, fees, and any notice period agreed in advance. Ongoing support is optional and reviewed as your needs change.

Do you write custom software?
No. I work with proven no-code and low-code platforms and appropriate AI tools, so there is nothing custom for you to maintain.

What will I need to maintain?
